So this is a really REALLY specific Canadian reference. There was an interstitial show called “BodyBreak” in the late 80s/early 90s that encouraged exercise and movement for healthy living.

My God, I just fell down this YouTube wormhole. They have a whole freaking channel. I had no idea they were still making these.

Anyway, today and next week, Aimée and I are talking about movement and exercise as it relates to ADHD, neurodivergence, and not just health but our mental well-being. We talk about what works for us, what doesn’t work, and why it’s important to listen to our bodies.
